These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gapwin ("gapwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://gapwin.net ("Platform"). For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not permitted to open or use a gapwin account: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons previously self-excluded from gapwin or any affiliated platform; (c) employees of gapwin or its affiliates, partners, or service providers; (d) persons whose accounts have been previously closed or suspended by gapwin for a violation of these Terms.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the gapwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gapwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate all balances and bonuses without prior notice.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gapwin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify gapwin's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting gapwin's customer support team. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to KYC completion and withdrawal processing requirements.
5.1 Verification Obligation. gapwin is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address; and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account statement).
5.2 Processing Time. gapwin aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.
5.3 Ongoing Monitoring. gapwin reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time, including from accounts that have previously passed verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gapwin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the gapwin cashier at the time of login.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit amount, however, gapwin reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gapwin account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing time. gapwin is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
6.4 Currency. All transactions on the gapwin Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gapwin does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT deposits. Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate, and any associated bank or third-party conversion fees are the Player's responsibility.
6.5 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. gapwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to maintain the integrity of player fund management. gapwin reserves the right to require alternative documentation where the original deposit method is no longer available.
7.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to four hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, system maintenance, or when additional KYC review is required.
7.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed from an account's real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. gapwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether the account has previously been verified.
7.5 Withdrawal Fees. gapwin does not charge fees on standard BDT withdrawals processed via supported mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving bank, which are not within gapwin's control.
8.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives offered by gapwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion-Specific Terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to real-money funds available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the Promotion-Specific Terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spin awards expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the Promotion-Specific Terms. gapwin reserves the right to remove expired Bonus Funds from a Player's account without prior notice.
8.5 Abuse of Promotions. gapwin reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to collectively extract value from promotional offers.
9.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the gapwin Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. gapwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human pricing mistake.
9.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connectivity. gapwin does not guarantee the availability of live betting markets for any specific event. Bets placed on in-play markets are final once confirmed, subject to the void provisions in clause 9.1.
9.3 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on the gapwin Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective game providers.
9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. gapwin reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
9.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round or bet settlement, gapwin's server records will be used to determine the outcome. If a round was completed on the server before disconnection, the result stands. If a round was not completed, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.
10.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gapwin Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
10.2 Investigation & Account Suspension. gapwin reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct pending investigation. During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted. gapwin will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the Player of the outcome via the registered email address.
11.1 Commitment. gapwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to exclude themselves from the gapwin Platform may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be deactivated and they will be prevented from opening new accounts. Any remaining Balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player.
11.3 Deposit & Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit or loss limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
11.4 Under-18 Protection. gapwin urges all players who share devices with minors to use appropriate parental control software. gapwin will not be responsible for any underage access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their device or account credentials.
All content on the gapwin Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, text, logos, images, audio-visual elements, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of gapwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of gapwin.
13.1 No Warranty. The gapwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gapwin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gapwin's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Excluded Damages. gapwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether gapwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.4 Force Majeure. gapwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or civil unrest.
gapwin's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at gapwin.net/privacy-policy.
gapwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, gapwin may notify active Players via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gapwin does not make representations about compliance with any specific national regulatory framework beyond what is stated herein.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other matter relating to your use of the gapwin Platform, you should first contact the gapwin customer support team at [email protected]. gapwin aims to resolve all Player disputes within five business days of receiving full details of the complaint.
16.3 Finality of Server Records. In the event of any discrepancy between the results displayed on a Player's device and the results recorded on gapwin's servers, the server records shall be deemed definitive and final.
